2003 domain has been giving errors 1955 and 1083 on a handful of user accounts. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. I've searched M$ KB articles but cant find a solution.
If I do by chance find the solution, I'll post it here.

I was monitoring the security logs on the DCs for failure events and sure enough, I found the pc that was setup to run a scheduled task under the user account that had the wrong password. The scheduled event was setup to run every 15 minutes when someone logged into the pc. Since this was a shared pc, and users log in and out constantly, this explained the sporatic nature of the errors. No more 1955 and 1083 errors after disabling the scheduled task.
